We are seeking experienced Procurement Contract Administrators to join our corporate purchasing team. This role is crucial in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient procurement processes while maintaining compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and oversee purchasing decisions, orders, and vendor contracts
- Manage procurement activities for materials and supplies, including vendor selection and negotiation
- Develop and execute procurement plans for large-scale projects, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Research and negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal pricing and specifications
- Create and process purchase orders while maintaining detailed documentation
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in internal and external audits as needed
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- May provide leadership on large scope projects (senior level)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Level II Position: Minimum 5 years of closely related procurement experience
- Level III Position: Minimum 8 years of closely related procurement experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in procure
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with procurement and contract management systems
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulatory requirements
- Understanding of contract terms and conditions
- Experience with purchase order processing and documentation
